Our story

We have watched too many good store owners live the same story. They sold well for years on marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. Then the marketplace raised fees, changed the algorithm, or suspended their storefront, and they realized they owned nothing: no customers, no data, no brand.

The 2025-2026 seller shakeout, when the market kept growing but the number of active sellers fell, made that even clearer. We started ScaleCommerce to help brands in Vietnam take back control before the rules change again.
