ScaleCommerce ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, how we store it, and what rights you have, in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and other applicable laws of Vietnam.
Our philosophy is "own your data." You own your data, and we treat your own personal data by the same principle.

2. Personal data we collect
When you interact with our website or services, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide: full name, email address, phone or Zalo number (Zalo is Vietnam's most-used messaging app), and business or store name. You provide these through sign-up forms, the business assessment form, newsletter subscriptions, or when you book a consultation through Calendly.
- Information about your business that you share during a consultation (product category, orders per day, sales channels, estimated revenue, and similar details).
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, through cookies, analytics tools (for example Google Analytics), and advertising pixels, where used.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data as defined in Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Please do not send us sensitive information that is not necessary.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Contact you for consultations, respond to your requests, and schedule your appointments.
- Provide, operate, and improve our services (website builds, CRM, marketplace sync, and more).
- Send content or newsletters you have subscribed to (you may unsubscribe at any time).
- Analyze and measure the performance of our website and advertising.
- Meet legal and contractual obligations and protect our legitimate rights.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form, subscribe, or book an appointment), to perform the contract or service you request, and to comply with the law. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:
- Service providers that support our operations (for example Calendly for scheduling, email marketing tools, hosting and cloud infrastructure, and analytics tools). These providers process data only on our instructions.
- Competent state authorities where required by law.
Some providers may host servers outside Vietnam. In that case, the cross-border transfer of data is carried out in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
6. Data retention and security
- We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or for the period required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- The right to be informed about the processing of your data.
- The right to consent and to withdraw consent.
- The right to access and correct your data.
- The right to request deletion of your data.
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to obtain a copy of or transfer your data.
- The right to complain, report, or bring a claim and to seek compensation as provided by law.

8. Cookies
The website uses cookies to operate, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work fully.
9. Children's data
Our services are aimed at business (B2B) customers and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
